Graduate Assistant Positions - Athletics
Aurora University invites
applications for graduate assistant positions in the sports of men
and women's soccer. The successful candidates will serve as an
assistant coach for the soccer program while pursuing a graduate
degree in the MATC or MBA programs. Other degree programs may also
be considered. This position is a two year commitment, from August
15th to May 15th each year. Compensation includes a tuition waiver
and a $5,000 per year stipend.
Requirements: A bachelor's degree is required and evidence of soccer experience (playing and/or coaching) is strongly preferred. Admission to the graduate program is required. A valid driver's license and driving record which meets institutional requirements required. Responsibilities: To assist the head coach with practice organization and implementation, game day responsibilities, transportation, recruitment, video and scouting, equipment control and inventory, and academic monitoring and mentoring.
